Drycoll-G is an advanced wound-care dressing designed for surgical reconstruction, tissue scaffolding, and managing complex or full-thickness wounds.It is a Dry Collagen Membrane structured as an Acellular Dermal Matrix (ADM).

Indication : 

• Deep or complex surgical defects requiring reconstruction.
• Full-thickness skin tissue defects.
• Traumatic wounds with highly critical exposed anatomical structures (such as exposed tendons).

Advantages :

• Antimicrobial Shielding: Impregnated with Gentamycin to protect the sensitive wound environment from contamination.
• Structural Composition: Formulated with high-purity type I collagen paired with Glycosaminoglycans (GAG/chondroitin sulfate) to support natural cell scaffolding.

Applications :

• The membrane is trimmed to match the specific geometry of the full-thickness wound bed.

• It is placed directly onto the surgical or traumatic defect area.
• A Split-Thickness Skin Graft (STSG), often meshed, is layered over the matrix and secured firmly in place using standard skin staplers.

Post Applications :

• Rapid Graft Integration: Displays an excellent graft “take” with clear stability observed by 2 weeks post-operatively.

• Structure Coverage & Healing: Provides critical structural coverage over exposed tendons, driving significant wound reduction by Day 86 and achieving an almost completely healed state by Day 198.
