Drycoll dry sheet is pure collagen of bovine origin having triple helicalstructure .It is a reconstituted sheet containing type 1 collagen which promotes  wound healing by enhanced epithelization at the wound site 

Indication : 

• 2nd degree , non -infection burn wounds ,superficial and deep dermal burns
• 3rd degree burns – As a temporary dressing after escharetomy /tangential excision 
• Skin donor sites, skin ulcers (chroanic) stasis, arterial or tropical . Pressure ulcers(shallow) and leprosyulcers
• Dermabrasion ,Traumatic loss of skin covder , open  fracture as a temporary biological dressing.

Applications :

•  Remove DRYCOLL dry sheets and apply on the raw area for good adhesion and ensure air bubbles are removed.
• Avoid over stretching the sheet as it may be damaged.  

Post Applications :

• Option of a secondary dressing is left on the doctor choice
• DRYCOLL  dry sheets peels off as epithelialization occurs , but do not forcibly remove.
